Remote Work

Very is a fully remote company, and we've invested in the processes and tools necessary to become the best practitioners of remote work. At Very, you'll work from your home, and we'll pay to help you outfit your office space. 

Healthcare Coverage

We're invested in making our contribution to employee healthcare coverage in the 99th percentile in the United States. Most employees at Very spend $0/year for their families to get high-quality health, dental, vision, and life insurance. 

401k Match

We want our employees to be financially secure, both today and in the future. So we match 33% of every employee's 401k contributions (compared to the national average of 6%).

Continuing Education

We're big believers in the value of achieving mastery through teaching and leveling up your skills with continuous learning. We cover $2,000/year for you to attend conferences, take courses, or learn new things. We'll also pay 100% of the costs if you're chosen to speak at a conference (and we'll help you land that speaking role). 


Paid Parental Leave

When you welcome a new baby, we encourage you to take time off to bond with your child. Our maternity and paternity leave for new parents is in the 95th percentile in the U.S. Ask to see our parental leave policy!

Home Office Stipend

All employees have access to a monthly stipend so that things like your mobile phone bill and the WiFi you use for work come at no cost to you. Over and above that, every new employee receives $1,000 to set up their home "battle stations" exactly the way they want. You'll also get an additional $200/year every year to make improvements.

Team Building

Just because we're remote doesn't mean we don't have casual times to bond and let loose.
