Very Recognized for Culture Transformation Initiative
Very is excited to announce that we were honored by the Business Culture Awards as a Highly Commended organization in the “Best Business Culture Transformation Initiative” category for 2020/2021.
The awards this year were highly competitive, with many companies across industries competing for recognition. Very was named a Highly Commended organization for how we transitioned our entire company to a fully remote team, pre-pandemic, and the unique approaches we’ve taken to keep employees engaged, including:
- Providing all employees with a home office stipend and gamifying the process of decking out their personal work stations with supportive tools
- Maximizing the potential of Slack as an all-in-one internal communication tool
- Encouraging openness and accountability throughout the organization
