As engineering leaders across the U.S. are newly facing the challenges of managing their teams remotely, Very is teaming up with Vizio and MIT Enterprise Forum Cambridge to share proven tactics to drive IoT development projects forward in a remote-only environment.
As part of this initiative, Very will host a virtual summit to help companies adapt to the new realities of our remote world. Very has been a remote company since 2011, and over the years, we’ve learned a lot. We’ll be bringing our expertise to the table as well as the experience of our client Bill Baxter, CTO of Vizio, as his team has transitioned to remote work amidst the novel coronavirus pandemic.
- What: Going Remote: How to Develop IoT Products with a Distributed Team
- When: April 1, 2020 at 2-2:40 PM EST
Moderated by MIT Enterprise Forum Board of Directors member Mark Thirman, the virtual summit will address best practices for remote software and hardware development. Panelists will zero in on the unique challenges that working remotely presents for their respective disciplines, and how they’ve overcome those challenges with both short and long-term solutions.
Can’t make it live? We get it — these are hectic times. Go ahead and register and we’ll send you a recording of the summit for you to watch anytime.
