Bill holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, in addition to a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and over seven years of technical experience and research.
Bill's hobbies include fixing yard tools, gaming, reading, guitar, astronomy, golf, and woodworking.
