About Elizabeth

As the Senior Director of Brand at Very, Elizabeth leads and builds a world-class IoT brand that reflects the deeply unique problems we solve and the incredible clients we serve.

Current Role

Elizabeth loves to solve emotionally driven problems. Influencing behavior with clever design, copy, and marketing content is the kind of work that gets her out of bed in the morning. Brand touches every facet of a business and is often mysterious to people - when it's done well no one notices it. When it's terrible, it's all anyone can think about. Breaking down difficult-to-digest concepts into bite-size pieces that delight a target market is exciting to her.

Past Experience

Elizabeth's career spans nearly fifteen years of creative brand-driven marketing tactics that show unparalleled out-of-the-box thinking in roles leading incredible talent. With a span of titles from Co-Founder to Senior Director, Elizabeth has proven to be a compelling leader capable of fostering healthy, communicative, and collaborative environments.

Credentials

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts, with a concentration in Photography from the University of South Florida.

  • Named one of the "Most Remarkable Women in Georgia" by Ellis
  • Book published, "When to Jump" by Mike Lewis
  • Invited Collegiate speaker and WomenLead mentor at Georgia State University

Industry Experience

Elizabeth is highly collaborative and thrives in deeply communicative environments. You'll often find her in mentorship programs, webinars, seminars, or conferences learning new techniques or listening to the industry's best leaders sharing ideas. She is inspired by the incredible talent around her and is always listening, measuring, and iterating ideas.

Extracurriculars

In Elizabeth's free time, she enjoys roller-skating, pinball, camping, and hiking, while also considering herself a cheesy movie enthusiast and hot sauce aficionado.
