Jessica has built a career known for crafting innovative talent solutions. Prior to joining Very, she spent over 11 years working with Bloomingdale's. As their Director of Talent Performance, she aligned performance management criteria with overarching business strategies in addition to functioning as an advisor on evolving organizational design.
CredentialsJessica holds an MA in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Colombia University as well as a B.S. in Psychology from James Madison University.
