Dan's favorite thing about working at Very is the results-oriented culture with roots in agile and lean movements. He likes working with clients to deliver results while simultaneously developing and continually refining our own processes.
Before coming to Very, Dan led cross functional teams of 5-50 people at a variety of companies, from industry leaders to startups. He has deep domain knowledge of ride sharing, video games, and point of sale products. He strives to practice servant leadership informed by agile values, lean development, and a “get sh*t done” attitude.
