Jason graduated from Queens College with a major in Political Science and minor in Computer Science in 2006. He started programming in 2004 as an intern for the LIRR Company building internal websites.

After graduating, Jason worked in the event planning space building websites and emails, then moved on to a boutique agency creating e-commerce sites, blogs, and academic websites. Then in 2013, Jason moved to Chicago and worked for a startup building API's and mobile apps working with Bluetooth technology for three years until his transition to Very.

Jason works with Very’s Infrastructure Group to continually learn, push boundaries, explore new technologies. Jason is experienced with several development languages, including Elixir and ClojureScript.
