Justin started his career in research and defense applications of electromagnetics. While in grad school, he started a company with two other Georgia Tech grads and led technical contributions that helped the company grow into a successful business with a product called Rafflecopter. After exiting his company and freelancing for a while, he joined Very in 2018 excited to focus on solving interesting problems.
Justin has presented his research at multiple industry events, including the 2007 IEEE Aerospace Conference, the 2007 IEEE Antennas and Propagation Symposium, and the 2009 URSI Meeting. His research has also been featured in the academic publications Laser & Photonics Reviews, Journal of the Optical Society of America B, and Optical Letters.
Justin holds an MS in Physics from Georgia Tech and a BS in Physics from Georgia Tech.
